These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Phone Guard: Clean & Secure (the “App”) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Certain features, such as media cleanup, contact merging, file deletion, vault management, or cloud storage actions, may result in permanent data changes or deletion. You are solely responsible for confirming these actions.
Many App features operate using local, on-device processing.
For local-only features, we do not access or store your personal content, such as photos, contacts, calendar data, or files, on external servers. You retain control over your local data.
Some features may require internet access or cloud-based storage functionality. When you choose to use cloud storage features, selected files or data may be uploaded, transmitted, stored, synchronized, or backed up through cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers used to support the App.

The App may request access to certain device features, including:
Granting these permissions is optional, but some features may not function properly without them. You can manage permissions at any time through your device settings.
The App may include a Privacy Vault feature for storing sensitive files.
Vault content may be stored locally on your device. If cloud storage or cloud backup is enabled by you, selected vault content may also be uploaded or synchronized to cloud storage.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues, accidental deletion, app removal, forgotten credentials, storage limitations, network interruptions, failed backups, or third-party service disruptions.
The App may provide optional cloud storage, cloud backup, or cloud synchronization features that allow you to store, back up, retrieve, or synchronize selected files or app data across devices.
By using cloud storage features, you authorize the App and its service providers to process, transmit, store, and manage the content you choose to upload or synchronize for the purpose of providing the cloud storage functionality.
You understand and agree that:
We may apply technical limits to cloud storage, including limits on file size, file type, storage capacity, bandwidth, backup frequency, synchronization frequency, or retention period. These limits may vary depending on your app version, account status, subscription plan, region, or technical availability.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to cloud storage content if required by law, if the content violates these Terms, if your subscription or account status changes, or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or normal operation of the App.
If you delete files from cloud storage, disable cloud backup, cancel your subscription, delete your account where applicable, or uninstall the App, some or all cloud-stored content may become unavailable or may be deleted according to our data retention practices and Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that the App will:
You are responsible for taking appropriate security measures beyond the App, including using strong device security, protecting your credentials, and maintaining independent backups.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, and content excluding your personal data, are owned by Phone Guard: Clean & Secure.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the files and content you upload or store through the App. However, by using cloud storage features, you grant us and our service providers the limited right to host, store, transmit, process, back up, and display your content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the App’s cloud storage functionality.
The App may integrate or rely on third-party services for:
We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any part of it, including cloud storage features, at any time without notice.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Upon termination, cancellation, or discontinuation of certain services, your access to cloud storage features or cloud-stored content may be limited, disabled, or deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Available plans and prices will be shown before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or after any free trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to its refund policy.
If cloud storage features are included in a subscription, your access to such features may change, be limited, or end when your subscription expires, is canceled, or is otherwise no longer active.
